Warranty

Close Parent guarantees their products against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. For goods that are deemed to be faulty we will either:

1. Replace faulty used products as long as they were purchased within the last 6 months, or
2. Provide a refund or credit note for unwashed, unused items in original and re-saleable condition, returned within 28 days of purchase.

**We will require proof of the purchase date so please keep your receipt.**

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:
Before you send goods back to us please contact the stockist or consultant through whom you purchased the goods by telephone or email. In some instances, they will be able to provide you with a replacement on site.
